Saachi LLC provides SMS-based conversational survey and feedback collection services. We send interactive text messages on behalf of partner organizations—including K-12 schools, school districts, charter networks, and educational institutions—to gather feedback, satisfaction ratings, and qualitative insights from their stakeholders.
Important: This is not a marketing or promotional messaging service. Messages are sent solely to conduct surveys, collect feedback, and facilitate two-way conversations for polling and research purposes. Messages do not contain advertisements, sales offers, or promotional content.
The "On Behalf Of" Relationship
When you receive SMS messages from Saachi, you are receiving them on behalf of your school, district, or affiliated organization. Here's how this works:
- Saachi is the technology provider that sends and receives the text messages
- Your organization (e.g., your child's school, your employer) has partnered with Saachi to collect feedback from their community
- Survey responses are shared with the partner organization to help them improve their programs and services
Each message will identify both Saachi and the organization on whose behalf the survey is being conducted.
Opt-In & Consent Requirements
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS survey messages from Saachi LLC on behalf of your organization. You may opt in through:
- Organization enrollment: Your school, employer, or organization may collect consent on our behalf during their registration, enrollment, or onboarding processes
- Web form: Completing the opt-in form at trysaachi.com/sms_optin.html
- SMS keyword: Texting JOIN or START to our number after receiving program information from your organization
Consent is not required as a condition of purchase, enrollment, or service with any organization.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the survey campaign and your responses. A typical survey conversation may involve 2-5 messages. You may receive surveys periodically based on your organization's feedback collection schedule.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving survey messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
